Taylor & Co wins FIVE Awards at the Guild of Property Professionals Annual Conference in London
Taylor & Co, a distinguished member of The Guild of Property Professionals, received five awards at The Guild Annual Conference and Awards ceremony, presented by Laura Hamilton and held on 22 March 2024, at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London. The awards included the Gold Awards for Sales and Lettings in Wales, the Bronze Awards for overall Sales and Lettings in the UK, and the Gold Award for Social Media Champion in the UK. The Guild is a national network of nearly 800 carefully selected independent estate agents, working together to consistently raise standards of excellence and professionalism in the industry. Knowledge, integrity and results are at the core of The Guild which supports its members to ensure a 'best in class' service. The Guild won the best estate agency network in the ESTAS in 2023.
Reflecting on the significance of the conference, Kris McLean, Managing Director of The Guild of Property Professionals, emphasised its focus on championing successes both within and outside the network. “The conference serves as a platform for Guild agents to network and glean insights from industry stalwarts in sales and lettings,” McLean stated. “Our aim is for Members to derive actionable strategies to navigate the ever-changing property market and enhance their businesses.”
McLean underscored the importance of recognising exceptional achievements amid challenging market conditions. “Despite market headwinds, many Members have delivered remarkable results, a testament to the calibre of agents within our network," he remarked. “The Guild Awards allow us to honour agents who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their clients and the industry throughout 2023.”
Highlighting the evolution of The Guild of Property Professionals into an award-winning entity and the UK's largest independent estate agency network, McLean attributed its success to the exemplary service and professionalism exhibited by Guild Members.
The awards ceremony, McLean noted, served as a tribute to the dedication and accomplishments of Guild Members, particularly amidst the hurdles faced by the property market in 2023. “This year, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Special Awards were presented to Guild Members in recognition of their exceptional customer service and outstanding results,” he added.
Expressing pride in receiving five awards, Kate Taylor, Director of Taylor & Co, conveyed gratitude for the acknowledgment of their team's hard work and dedication, adding "to be an exclusive member of the Guild of Property Professionals in my region is a great honour for me personally and for Taylor & Co, and so to be judged as being the best of the best is an outstanding achievement for my team of whom I'm very proud".
