We have updated our company Covid Policy in line with the Welsh Government Covid Transition Plan.
Accordingly, we have updated our Covid Secure Risk Assessments for both our showroom office and the work that our staff undertake when they are operating outside of our office, for example, when they are conducting viewings and appointments in enclosed spaces.
We will continue to help protect our teams and our customers and undertake the following actions:
1: We will operate in accordance with Government guidance at all times and will take all reasonable steps to protect our team and our customers. In line with our statutory obligations, we will take reasonable measures such as:
- sufficient ventilation
- robust cleaning and personal hygiene practices
- regular training
- physical distancing
- enabling working from home
- exclusion of symptomatic individuals and those who have tested positive for coronavirus
2: Our offices will be open and visitors to our office will not be required to wear face coverings.
3: Our team will wear face coverings when operating outside of our office space in any enclosed/indoor setting with people who we are not normally with.
4: We will have supply of hand sanitiser at appropriate points in the office for use by staff and visitors.
5: We will require our staff not to attend work if they have symptoms or if they have tested positive for Covid-19.
6: We have a dedicated Covid 19 responsible person who is Kate Taylor, who should be the first point of contact for any Covid related queries.
