Important Landlord update

After a mammoth 6-month exercise on behalf of our landlords issuing new converted standard occupation contracts to every contract holder (tenant) occupying one of our rental properties, we breathed a sigh of relief on 31st May, thinking that was a job well done. Needless to say, the 1st June has arrived and the Welsh Government have announced an amendment to the contract with a 14 day distribution deadline to contract holders.
