Customer Service Champions 2024

The Taylor & Co team attended the ESTAS national property industry awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday. Kate Taylor said "on behalf of my team, we'd sincerely like to thank all our clients who have submitted reviews for us in 2024. It was very humbling to have been recognised at the ESTAS for our customer service with awards being given to the team for Best in County (Monmouthshire), Silver for Estate Agency in Wales and Bronze for Letting Agency (Landlord) in Wales. The team work very hard throughout the year to deliver exceptional customer service and this is reflected in the number of clients who nominated us for an award. So a massive thank you and we look forward to being of service for another year".
